Return Policy

All sales are final. Unopened lampshades and unused merchandise in original condition may be returned for store credit within seven business days.  All merchandise is sold in "as-is" condition. Special orders and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise purchased at a discounted price is a final sale and may not be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that an order arrives damaged, please save and document all packaging material.
