Shipping
We are currently shipping three times per week. Please note that most items are carefully packed in-house and shipped via FedEx Ground. An automated email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. Nearly all items sold from the online shop are in-stock and ready to ship within two days unless otherwise indicated.  Please contact us immediately in the event that an item arrives damaged. One must inspect all orders within ten days of receipt and save all packaging materials and labels in order for us to assist with resolving the problem.

For larger items such as chandeliers, furniture or art, please contact us prior to purchase to discuss the shipping options and rates. We recommend Plycon for long distance furniture shipping and are glad to assist with that process. If you are located in the NY/CT/RI/MA area, we are glad to explore more regional delivery options. 

Curbside Pick-Up
At check-out please select the pick-up option.
Most items are available for curbside pick-up at 22 Franklin Street
within 24 hours. Please contact us to arrange a pick-up date and time.

We kindly ask that all pick-up purchases and lamp repairs be picked up in a timely manner or reasonable efforts be made to communicate delays. Any items remaining in our possession after 60 days will be considered abandoned property.
