Where are you located & what are your hours?
We are an online retail store with a flagship showroom located at 11 Memorial Boulevard in Newport, Rhode Island. The showroom is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 am to 5 pm, and closed on Sundays and Mondays. Convenient parking is available on-site

How do I choose the right size lampshade?
A good rule of thumb is that the lampshade should be about twice the width of the lamp base and approximately one-third the height of the lamp. However, we believe in the "it just looks right" method. Adjusting the lamp harp or hardware can also help achieve the perfect fit. Feel free to send us a photo of your lamp for personalized advice. What is your return and exchange policy?
We know picking a lampshade can be tricky and we are here to help you get it right by making the return & exchange process simple with access to a live support team and convenient shipping labels.
We accept returns for store credit within 30 days, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging so that we can re-sell them to another customer. A 10% restocking fee applies. Store credit is valid for one year. Outbound and inbound shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
Special order, made-to-order, discounted items, and certain personal accessories are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging and photograph the damage immediately so that we can help resolve the matter quickly and completely.

How quickly will my order ship and where does it ship from?
Most in-stock lampshades and small accessories ship directly from our showroom within 48 hours.
Most table lamps, floor lamps, and art ship directly from the warehouse in approximately 7 days, unless otherwise noted.
Penny Morrison lamps and lampshades may ship directly from the UK via DHL.
As with all orders, we’ll provide tracking details as soon as the item is dispatched so you can monitor its progress.
Please note orders with an insured value of $500 or greater will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to waive this or re-route packages. Please plan accordingly.
The method of transit will vary depending upon the item. Most often, orders ship via FedEx, DHL or UPS.
