We accept returns for store credit within 30 days.

Lampshades must be in their original condition and wrapping in order to be accepted for return.

Store credit from returns is valid for one year.

A 10% re-stocking fee applies to all orders.

We will provide a return shipping label. 
Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

The following items are not eligible for return: special order & made-to-order items,  discounted items, personal accessories including stationery, blankets & throws, pillows, candles, and table linens.

Delivery woes. It happens.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging material and photograph the damage upon receipt.

Local Pick-Up

We kindly ask that all purchases and lamp repairs be picked up in a timely manner. Any items remaining in our possession after 60 days will be considered abandoned property.
